Customer Reviews
Decent value on the bundle
I was looking for a star tracker but didn't want to break the bank. I saw they had a bundle deal for the MSM Nomad Star Tracker with a Ball Head and a Carrying Case. It saved me about $40 compared to buying them separately, plus I found a $10 off code online. Shipping was free too. The whole package came to a good price point for what I got. The tracker works well, and the carrying case is actually pretty decent quality. Felt like a solid purchase for the money.
Worked as expected
Got the Move Shoot Move Rotator. It arrived in 6 days. Set it up easily. It tracked stars. No complaints.
Good basic setup, minor issue
I ordered the Star Tracker Kit for Beginners and a Z-Bolt Green Laser Pointer a few weeks ago. The ordering process on the website was pretty straightforward, no real hiccups there. Shipping took about a week to get to my place in California, which was within the estimated timeframe. Everything arrived well-packaged. The tracker itself is quite compact and felt solid enough. I used it with my DSLR for some wide-field Milky Way shots, and it tracked pretty accurately once I got the polar alignment down. The laser pointer was bright, good for alignment. My only small issue was with the instructions for the polar scope; they could be a bit clearer for a beginner, I ended up watching a few YouTube videos to fully grasp it. Support answered my email about a specific setting within 24 hours, so that was helpful. Overall, it's a good entry point for astrophotography, but be prepared to do a little extra learning on your own.
Still reliable
This was my third purchase from Move Shoot Move. I needed another V-Plate and a new Shutter Release Cable. Just like my previous orders for the Nomad and the SiFo system, everything was consistent. The website is easy to navigate, and shipping was quick, arriving in 4 days this time. The quality of the V-Plate was what I expected, same as my older one. That reliability is why I keep coming back for accessories.

Hey, thinking about grabbing one of these star trackers. For shipping to NYC, how long does it usually take? Trying to plan a trip around it.
Does anyone know if their influencer codes work on the beginner bundles? I'm eyeing that starter kit but wanna save a few bucks if possible.
